ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist Hardware Asset Management or related).
Experience with large-scale HAM in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of hardware accessories/consumables tracking and normalization in ServiceNow.
Basic understanding of hardware forecasting models and refresh planning.
Analytical skills for cost optimization and risk identification in hardware portfolios.
Desired Candidate Profile
