Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Operational Security team is looking for a Digital Workplace Operational Security Engineer whose main activities will be:

Creation and/or improvement of Operational Cyber ​​Security processes

Designing workflows with stakeholders

Continuous improvement (reporting, formalization of processes, implementation of operating procedures)

Monitor the compliance of Intune endpoints (computers, mobiles, tablets).

BYOD Access Verification and Personal Device Compliance

Monitoring email flows

Implement and adjust security protocols for email (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) and collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).

Ensure data governance and protection of sensitive information through solutions such as eDiscovery, Purview and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).

Support IT and business teams (printing, telephony) in the development and security of their tools and infrastructures.

Other missions:

  • Perform access reviews (EntraID and Microsoft 365).
  • Conduct privileged account reviews to strengthen identity management (PingCastle and Entra ID).
  • Secure the international Active Directory (AD) by applying cybersecurity best practices.
  • Obsolescence treatment.
  • Check the security policies in place and their application on the different workloads.
  • Monitor the remediation of vulnerabilities on different workloads. 

Desired Candidate Profile

Good understanding of business/cyber security risks and cyber security frameworks.

At least 5 years of experience in cyber security.

an excellent level in French and English (oral and written)

My understanding of cloud and on-premise architecture best practices.

Proficiency in security solutions for messaging and collaboration (ProofPoint, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).

Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory and endpoint security (Azure Entra ID, PingCastle, Intune).

Good technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools for messaging and collaboration services, IAM, workstations and perimeter security.

Experience in operational security and knowledge of Splunk and Qualys tools would be a plus
