Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Workshop & After-Sales Service Manager is responsible for:

  • Organize, plan and supervise all vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
  • Manage and supervise the technical team (mechanics, technicians, multi-skilled agents)
  • Check the quality of diagnostics and repairs before delivery
  • Ensure vehicle compliance before being put on sale
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up on warranties.
  • Optimize intervention times and vehicle turnover rates
  • Monitor repair costs and propose optimization actions
  • Managing spare parts inventory and supplier relationships
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure regular reporting to management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+2 / Bac+3 in automotive mechanics or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an automobile workshop (ideally VO)
  • Experience in team management
  • Good mechanical knowledge, diagnostics and repair
  • Organizational skills and leadership
  • Results-oriented & customer satisfaction
