Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Workshop & After-Sales Service Manager is responsible for:
- Organize, plan and supervise all vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
- Manage and supervise the technical team (mechanics, technicians, multi-skilled agents)
- Check the quality of diagnostics and repairs before delivery
- Ensure vehicle compliance before being put on sale
- Handle customer complaints and follow up on warranties.
- Optimize intervention times and vehicle turnover rates
- Monitor repair costs and propose optimization actions
- Managing spare parts inventory and supplier relationships
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure regular reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+2 / Bac+3 in automotive mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an automobile workshop (ideally VO)
- Experience in team management
- Good mechanical knowledge, diagnostics and repair
- Organizational skills and leadership
- Results-oriented & customer satisfaction
