Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily workshop operations
- Lead, train, and evaluate workshop staff and technicians
- Ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repair services
- Diagnose complex automotive issues and support technical teams
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work, inventory, and reports

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs
- Experience with heavy trucks (preferably Scania) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
