Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workshop operations for heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all repairs are performed according to manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment history, and spare parts.
  • Lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy equipment workshop management in GCC & India.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of heavy equipment systems and workshop operations.
