Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expertly diagnose and repair a wide range of electric motor failures, from simple issues to complex rewinding needs.
• Perform precision rewinding of stators and rotors, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of motors post-rewind, verifying performance and identifying any potential issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 5-8 years’ experience in similar position.

2. Good knowledge of motor rewinding.

3. Must have good leadership skills.

4. Able to handle and manage Rewinding workshop independently.

5. Must have valid UAE driving license.

6. B-Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

7. Knowledge in Rewinding and Electrical

8. Workshop operation and coordination
