Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise EV maintenance and repair teams to ensure productivity and quality

  2. Plan and allocate daily work schedules, manpower, and resources

  3. Monitor maintenance quality and conduct inspections and audits

  4. Ensure compliance with EV safety standards and workshop procedures

  5. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  6. Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and support staff

  7. Promote safe work practices and continuous improvement

  8. Coordinate with engineering teams to implement EV maintenance strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. High School / Technical qualification in relevant field

  2. 2–3 years experience in EV maintenance, automotive workshops, or transport sector

  3. Strong knowledge of EV systems, electrical & mechanical components

  4. Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

(Note: EV Transportation Experience is added Advantage)

  1. To supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of electric vehicles (EVs) workshops, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

  2. The incumbent goal is to oversee and coordinate the maintenance & repair of electric vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards, while supporting the efficient operation of EV fleet.
