Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Production management: Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure product quality and quantity.
Team supervision: Lead and train production teams to achieve production targets.
Quality control: Ensure product quality and comply with safety standards and technical specifications.
Process optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes.
Resource management: Managing material and human resources to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Collaboration with other departments: Working closely with the maintenance, quality, logistics and other departments to achieve production objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, production management or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in managing a metal production workshop or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in managing a metal production workshop or related field.
