Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a productive environment.
  • Manage a diverse team of technicians and artisans, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring all tools are in optimal condition to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement workshop policies and procedures, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for technical understanding.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in workshop management or a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of leadership.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or industrial safety, demonstrating commitment to professional standards and practices.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry, providing insight into specific processes and challenges.
