Plan, organize and coordinate the workshop's production activities.

• Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring that resources are used optimally.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Analyze production processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Workflow management and process optimization to ensure efficient production.
• To resolve the operational and technical problems that arise in the workshop.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure the conformity of manufactured products.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
