Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Workshop manager
Manage the team responsible for executing manufacturing orders in their workshop, ensuring the proper execution of the program according to the established schedule.
- Produce goods within the allotted time in quality and quantity while alerting to different anomalies and reporting production data on the dedicated reporting system.
- Ensure the operation and continuous supply of workstations and allocate sufficient human resources for the execution of the program.
- Train staff from the onboarding phase through to confirmation in the position and qualification.
- Organizes and supervises the production activity of a (MECHANICAL.INDUSTRIAL.OR MANUFACTURING).
- Guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality and safety standards.
