Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Manager to lead our car garage specialized in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and car polishing services. The role combines business development with hands-on operational management to ensure a smooth customer experience, efficient workflow, and steady business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Attract new customers through partnerships, referrals, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present service packages, promotions, and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily garage operations, including scheduling, service delivery, and staff performance.
  • Ensure all jobs (PDR repairs, polishing, detailing) are delivered on time with high-quality standards.
  • Manage workshop resources (tools, equipment, materials) efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Implement and monitor workflow processes to minimize downtime and improve productivity.


Team Leadership

  • Supervise technicians, ensuring proper training and adherence to PDR and polishing best practices.
  • Set performance goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in the garage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and/or operations management, ideally in the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of car repair services, especially polishing and PDR, is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.
