Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure peak efficiency and productivity, aligning team efforts with strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Manage inventory levels of tools and materials, optimizing procurement processes to reduce waste and costs.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies to enhance skill sets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation for effective management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workshop or production management, showcasing a proven track record of leadership.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in the relevant industry, such as automotive or manufacturing, ensuring a deep understanding of specific processes.
