Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operations of the automotive Bodyshop, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity.
· Ensure timely completion of body repair jobs with high Quality.
· Monitor and manage the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the Bodyshop team, providing guidance on technical issues and best practices.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
· Organize training and development programs to enhance the team's technical skills.
· Ensure that all technicians follow safe working practices and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients regarding job status and any additional issues discovered during repair.
· Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, resolving them in a timely manner.
· Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary.
· Oversee the management of Bodyshop tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure they are in good working condition.
· Maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring the Bodyshop has the necessary materials to perform body repair efficiently.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and health standards within the Bodyshop environment.
· Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
· Enforce proper waste disposal and environmental practices as per company policy and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
· Must have a Diploma/Degree in a Mechanical field.
Work Experience
· 3-5 years practical experience in Dealership with minimum 2 years at supervisory level.
· Must have 3-4 years of working experience as a Bodyshop Team Leader.
Competencies
· Must be able to multi-task and properly delegate
· Must have exceptional organizational skills
· Must have exceptional time management skills
· Must be proficient in MS Office
