Roles & Responsibilities

We re Hiring: Workshop Manager Kuwait

We are looking for a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality maintenance delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise workshop operations and daily maintenance activities Lead and guide mechanics, storekeepers, and the inventory team Ensure accurate spare parts control and inventory management Maintain high safety standards and compliance Plan maintenance schedules and monitor performance KPIs Other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
5 7 years of workshop experience, with leadership background Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team-management abilities
