Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate workshop activities including production, assembly, and gift wrapping.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet Patchi brand standards.
Manage and train workshop staff to maintain efficiency and high craftsmanship.
Oversee inventory levels of materials, packaging, and supplies.
Coordinate with the boutique and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
Monitor productivity, control wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in production, operations, or workshop supervision (preferably in luxury, chocolate, or gift packaging industry).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Fluency in French; English is a plus.
