Control and supervise the work of the Body Repair Engineers in the workshop.
Organize weekly schedules, assign tasks and supervise the Body Repair Engineers accordingly (body alignment, straightening, filling, preparation for paint and other related repairs on the vehicles).
Coach body repair technicians to review and verify conformance and progress to established policies, requirements and reports.
Supervise engineers and technicians and ensure safe practices quality control.
Supervise and control effective communication and support strategies to ensure that customer requirements are met and understood.
Review performance appraisal (PMS) for subordinates.
Maintain good relationships with insurance companies and settle claims quickly and fairly.
Ensure achievement of budget sales and cost targets.
Monitor KPIs of subordinates.
