Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Automotive Workshop Supervisor to join our expanding automotive division in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy workshop. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
• Organise the daily workflow, assign jobs, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct final quality control inspections to guarantee all work meets stringent company and manufacturer standards.
• Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on assistance to technicians for complex diagnostic and repair challenges.
• Manage workshop resources effectively, including the maintenance of tools, equipment, and inventory of spare parts.
• Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and organised working environment.
• Liaise with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and technical details.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying training opportunities.
