Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements for optimal productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of tools and materials to avoid project delays.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred for a strong technical foundation.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Relevant certifications in safety management, project management, or a specific technical discipline are highly regarded.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing projects, demonstrating an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
