Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We re looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our Fishing & Remedial (F&R) Workshop Operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of maintenance, quality, and HSE performance while supporting Field Operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:-
  • Plan, organize, and oversee all F&R Workshop activities to deliver superior service to clients.
  • Manage mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance of Fishing, Milling, Side-Tracking, and Drilling Tools.
  • Supervise Workshop Operations, including machining, welding/redressing, grinding, and mechanical repairs.
  • Promote a strong HSE and Quality culture across all Workshop functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all Testing and Inspection Procedures for tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate with Field and Logistics teams to ensure timely readiness of Fishing, Milling and Side-Tracking packages.
  • Qualifications & Experience:-
  • Proven experience in Fishing & Remedial Workshop Operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Fishing/Milling and Side-Tracking tools and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of HSE and Quality Management Systems.
