Supervise mechanics, electricians, and support staff.

Monitor performance, attendance, and adherence to company standards.

Resolve team conflicts and maintain a positive working environment.

Assist customers by explaining required repairs, cost estimates, and timelines.

Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Communicate clearly with clients about service progress and additional recommendations.

Inspect completed jobs to ensure accuracy and quality of work.

Ensure all repairs follow manufacturer standards and safety guidelines.

Review diagnostic reports and confirm correct repair procedures
