Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  1. Shall have diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering (Min. requirement).
  2. Shall have 8-10 years experience in workshop of continuous process industry preferably in chemicals and fertilizer industry.
  3. Should have good knowledge of machining, overhauling, welding and fabrication activities and should be familiar with various process equipment s.
  4. Shall have strong supervisory background and practical experience in multi craft supervision. Basic knowledge of workshop machines, equipment processes and safety requirement.
  5. Shall be able to read engineering drawings and explain to men working under his direct supervision.
  6. Shall have acceptable knowledge in all maintenance fields and familiarity with maintenance programs, practice and procedures.
  7. Fluent in English (Spoken/Written).
  8. Shall have valid driving licenses.
  9. Shall pass MPC Workshop qualification interview.
  10. Shall be able to prepare reports, time allocation report, and material take off list.
  11. Shall have basic computer skills.
