Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Workshop Support Technician FH
Your main tasks will consist of:
- Analyze and critique the technical documentation of the equipment to be repaired (Workscopes, SB status) in order to propose optimized maintenance work with respect to cost/TAT/customer expectations.
- Transcribe the work instructions for the workshop
- Provide technical support throughout the shop visit and coordinate work progress with the Shop Visit Managers (client interface) and the workshops
- Ensure the technical conformity of the parts offered to the customer for standard exchanges (replacement parts)
- Write the end of the shop visit the Engine Condition Report describing the technical events that occurred during the shop visit as well as the conditions of the parts / Modules.
- Participating in the evolution of manufacturers' workscoping reference standards: LEAP / GE and customers
- Participate in customer visits in support of Shop Visit Managers for the presentation of technical elements.
- Conduct analyses and progress actions to take into account the evolution of manufacturers' workscoping references.
- Participate in the industrialization committees for Service Bulletins (SB)
- In coordination with the billing and Shop Visit Manager departments, analyze the variances in shop visit costs and identify areas for improvement.

Technician in aeronautical maintenance activities.
