�️ Job Title: Heavy Equipment Maintenance & Procurement Officer

� Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to manage overall maintenance of heavy equipment and construction machinery in Dubai. The role includes repair coordination, preventive maintenance, equipment inspection, and procurement of spare parts and machinery. The candidate must be able to join immediately.

� Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete maintenance of heavy equipment and construction machinery

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

• Inspect equipment condition and identify repair or replacement needs

• Coordinate repair works with technicians and service providers

• Ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and ready for use

• Source and evaluate suppliers for spare parts, materials, and equipment

• Request and compare quotations for cost-effective purchasing

• Assist in procurement of new heavy equipment when required

• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and equipment history

• Reduce downtime through proper planning and follow-up

� Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance (excavators, loaders, graders, etc.)

• Experience in workshop or construction equipment maintenance

• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs

• Knowledge of spare parts and supplier sourcing

• Experience in procurement and price negotiation (preferred)

• Good planning and organizational skills

� Location & Requirements:

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Nationality: Indian preferred

• Language: Hindi speaker required (English basic communication preferred)

• Availability: Immediate joiner only
