It provides independent, expert and impartial services for addressing concerns associated with buildings and structures, whether already constructed or material and techniques for any new construction. The company is registered as an Expert Engineer Company with the Dubai Municipality and holds a professional license with the Dubai Economic Department since 1996.

 

YECS offers various services such as Structural Design and Analysis, Structural Surveys and Repairs, Materials technology and durability, and Asset Management. Some of the key objectives YECS works on include studying the cause of defects and deterioration of buildings and structures, technically assure cost effective repair and maintenance, and improving the quality of construction in the Emirates through proper training, education and advice.
