We are seeking an experienced YouTube Platform Manager to lead and grow our YouTube presence. The role focuses on channel strategy, content optimization, audience growth, and performance analysis to maximize reach, engagement, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube channel strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage day-to-day channel operations, including uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags).
• Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR, retention) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to improve video quality and consistency.
• Manage publishing calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
• Support monetization strategies and revenue optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels at scale.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
• Proven experience in audience growth and engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and content management tools.
