Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Produce one YouTube-ready video per week (8 12 minutes in length).
Create professional voice-overs from provided transcripts.
Source and edit appropriate images, footage, and graphics to visually support the narrative.
Assemble all elements into polished videos optimized for YouTube formatting.
Deliver completed videos by Friday each week, with transcripts provided two days prior.
Provide a short sample video as part of the application process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Proven experience editing educational, documentary, or explainer-style videos.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Ability to generate clear and professional voice-over narration.
Strong skills in sourcing stock images, b-roll, and visual assets to support scripted content.
Understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and audience retention strategies for YouTube.
Ability to meet consistent weekly deadlines.
Mid-level editing experience preferred, with samples of prior work demonstrating style and capability.
