Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation and monitoring of awareness campaigns.
- Monitoring of reports relating to awareness campaign activities.
- Monitoring the collection and distribution of Zakat.
- Monitoring the collection of Zakat on crops, fruits and livestock.
- Seeking new sources of funding for Zakat.
- Coordination with the various departments of the National Office for Allocations and Zakat.
- Welcoming agents and representatives of the National Office for Allocations and Zakat at the Lder level, taking into account their concerns and seeking solutions.
- Monitoring incoming financial reports and responding to requests from Lnder.
- Mastery of software and digital and electronic technologies.
- Knowledge of the different electronic payment methods used in Algeria.
- Organization of the payment of Zakat to legitimate officials.
- Collection of data necessary for the updating and digitization of beneficiaries' national identity cards.
- Execution of any other task related to the post, according to the instructions received.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- My mastery of computer tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
