Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end desktop assessments for ZED Bronze applicants strictly as per scheme guidelines.
Review, verify, and validate documents submitted by MSME clients against ZED Bronze parameters.
Prepare detailed assessment reports with clear findings, justifications, and non-conformities (if any) within defined turnaround times.
Communicate and coordinate with clients to request clarifications, additional documents, or corrective evidence.
Maintain accurate assessment records, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality of client information.
Support surveillance and reassessment activities when assigned.
Stay updated with all revisions to ZED Scheme guidelines and assessment criteria.
Competency Requirements
Must be a graduate from any field
Valid ZED Bronze Assessor Certificate (must be currently active).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality controls, and industrial practices relevant to MSMEs.
High proficiency in reviewing technical documents, identifying gaps, and determining compliance objectively.
Capable of conducting complete desktop assessments with minimal supervision.
Good written and verbal English skills for report writing and client coordination.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and online assessment platforms.
Ability to handle multiple assessments simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
