Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Zoho applications to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Implement and manage workflows, automations, and reports within Zoho CRM to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field for a strong foundational understanding of software development.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and customizing Zoho applications, demonstrating a solid grasp of the platform.
Certifications in Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM are highly desirable to validate expertise in the software.
Experience in integrating Zoho applications with external systems through APIs and webhooks to ensure seamless functionality.
