Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Customize, automate, and integrate Zoho applications to align with business workflows. • Develop Deluge scripts and advanced workflows across Zoho CRM, Creator, and related apps. • Implement dashboards, reports, and data analytics for management use. • Design APIs and integrations between Zoho and third-party applications. • Troubleshoot system issues, ensure data accuracy, and optimize performance. • Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions. • Stay updated on the latest Zoho platform features and recommend improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Zoho app development and customization.
• Strong command over Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Flow.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with third-party software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry. • Familiarity with Zoho Analytics or Power BI. • Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation tools.
