Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize and maintain applications across the Zoho suite. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Zoho-based solutions. This role involves automation, third-party integrations, ongoing support and thorough documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development, Customization & Automation

Design and configure modules, layouts, forms, reports, dashboards, and user roles in Zoho Creator and other Zoho apps to support business processes.
Develop, maintain and optimize custom workflows, blueprints, scheduled functions and automation using Deluge scripting.
Implement complex business logic through custom functions and validation rules across various Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, and Projects.
Build scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly applications and tools using Zoho Creator.

Integration Management

Build and manage REST API integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERPs, telephony, Google Workspace, Slack, payment gateways).
Use webhooks, OAuth 2.0 and Zoho s native integration tools (Flow, Widgets, Deluge) to ensure seamless data flow.

Data Management & Reporting

Perform data migration, cleansing and transformation across platforms.
Create advanced reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics and Zoho reporting tools.

System Support & Maintenance

Monitor system performance, perform audits, apply updates and troubleshoot bugs.
Validate changes and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

Documentation & End-User Support

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (technical specifications, workflows, user guides).
Train and support users in adopting and navigating Zoho-based solutions.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) to gather and translate requirements into effective Zoho solutions.
Manage timelines, prioritize tasks and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of Zoho-related projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2 5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and the Zoho One suite.
Deluge Scripting: Strong proficiency in Deluge for workflows, custom function and automation.
API & Integration: In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks and integrating Zoho with third-party platforms.
Technical Stack: Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, ZML and optionally PHP or Python.
Zoho Apps Expertise: Hands-on experience with Zoho apps such as CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, Analytics, Books, People and Projects. Knowledge of Widgets and client-side scripting is a plus.
Reporting & BI: Strong experience with Zoho Analytics, including advanced dashboards and business intelligence tools.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of interfacing with both technical and non-technical users.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (preferred).
