Key Responsibilities

Conduct Zumba fitness classes according to established schedules and formats.

Develop and choreograph Zumba routines incorporating a variety of dance styles.

Provide clear and concise instructions to Club Members, ensuring proper form and technique.

Motivate and encourage Members to maximize workout efforts and achieve fitness goals.

Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes participation.

Modify exercises and routines to accommodate members with varying fitness levels, abilities, and physical limitations.

Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, and passion for Zumba and fitness.

Ensure the safety of all members by monitoring movements and providing corrections as needed.

Stay updated on current fitness trends, Zumba choreography, and music to keep classes fresh and engaging.

Maintain a clean and organized workout space.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

Collaborate with the gym to promote Zumba classes and attract new participants.

Attend training workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

Adhere to all company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.

Certification as a Zumba Instructor from a recognized organization.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Zumba or similar group fitness classes.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Analytical thinker with a confident personality to engage Members, Guests, and prospective clients.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Strong customer service orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
