Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based interventions consistently to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors in clients.
- Conduct detailed assessments of clients' behavior and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting strategies based on data to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families to provide guidance, education, and support, fostering a strong partnership in the therapeutic process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced positions.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is essential.
