About Abu Dhabi Indian School

Abu Dhabi Indian School (ADIS) is a community school established in Abu Dhabi in 1975, initially operating from the premises of the India Social Centre to serve the educational needs of the Indian expatriate community. As enrolment grew, the school relocated in 1980 to a purpose-designated campus in Shabia Muroor, New Airport Road, Abu Dhabi, on land granted by the late President of the UAE, H.H. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The school has been operating continuously from this campus since 1980.
