Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of the Primary Stage curriculum in line with the Egyptian National Curriculum and school policies.
  • Support and guide teaching staff to deliver high-quality instruction through classroom observations, feedback, and professional development.
  • Monitor student progress and analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in planning school-wide academic initiatives and events related to the Primary Stage.
  • Facilitate communication among teachers, parents, school leadership, and other stakeholders to enhance the learning environment.
  • Promote best practices in teaching and learning and encourage innovation and creativity within the primary curriculum.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding requirements.

Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field; a Master s degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the primary education stage.
  • Previous experience in academic coordination or leadership roles within primary education is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian National Curriculum and curriculum implementation strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze assessment data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
