Academic Recruitment Specialist

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process of teachers, morsheds, and other academic/support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect CVs of candidates (teachers, morsheds, other academic/support roles) from various sources and channels.

• Review and filter CVs according to the company s hiring criteria.

• Reach out to potential candidates and manage communications.

• Coordinate and request video test submissions from shortlisted candidates.

• Maintain an organized database of applicants and their status in the recruitment process.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and professional representation of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to identify suitable candidates based on specific criteria.

• Attention to detail in reviewing CVs and tests.

• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.

• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for educational institutions or training centers.

• Knowledge of onboarding best practices.
