We are looking for a Hotel Accommodation Assistant to join our team and support the Hotel Director in operational management and team management.
Your tasks
-
Assist the Director in the operation, management and marketing of the hotel.

Manage the accommodation team and ensure the quality of services
-
to be present on the ground, with clients and teams
-
Managing schedules, performance monitoring, and customer relations
-
Participate in administrative and financial management and ensure compliance with procedures.

Contributing to the quality, safety and sustainable development approach
-
Training in the hotel industry and first experience in hotel accommodation preferred.

Customer service oriented, leadership and interpersonal skills

Organization, rigor and autonomy
-
Mastery of hotel IT tools
-
Fluent French and Arabic, and professional English appreciated.
