A true pillar of the customer experience, you:
Lead and manage all the teams across the floors and accommodation to ensure compliance with standards and impeccable service quality.
Ensure the excellence of the rooms and common areas
Professionally manage customer requests and concerns to offer them a memorable experience.
Optimize occupancy rates and contribute to the profitability of the establishment in close collaboration with the Revenue Manager
Your experience and skills include:
Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in the hotel industry
Significant experience in team management
A strong sense of service quality is essential for success in this position.
My mastery of Opera software or an equivalent PMS
Ability to create and maintain quality relationships with the various stakeholders in the department.
Excellent communication skills that facilitate information sharing
Capacity to unite, develop a strong team culture and encourage performance
Natural leadership, organizational skills, rigor, and results orientation
Desired Candidate Profile
Your experience and skills include:
Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in the hotel industry
