Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
strong>As a Tapster you will:/strong>

Coordinate with the Sales team to capture required pre-application data
-
Collect required application documentation from merchants
-
Perform initial underwriting checks in accordance with processor/vendor KYC guidelines
-
Accurately board new merchant accounts to ensure first entry approval
-
Liaise between the merchant and processors to secure application approval
-
Review merchant accounts, investigate and diagnose merchant account configuration issues
-
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied merchants and offer patient assistance and support
-
Build strong relationships with internal teams to meet launch expectations
-
Maintain a thorough understanding of processor/vendor products, platforms, and systems Serve as a Tap Payments related products and services expert

Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role br>
strong>What you will bring to the party:/strong>

1-2 years of role-specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth Startups
-
Preferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted. Ability to establish credibility and internal relationships

Understanding of client/merchant/stakeholder care Awareness of how your role supports the business

Enthusiasm for working in a growing fintech Ability to work in a team and follow daily tasks
-
Skills and knowledge to actively participate in meetings

Ability to deliver work on time Problem-solving and quick-thinking skills

Ability to organize information and ask relevant questions

Strong communication skills in English & Arabic native speakerbr>
