Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures
-Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner
-Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NFP
-Knowledge of, and use of National and Foreign languages both spoken and written
-Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives
-Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software
-Knowledge of NAPCO end-users purchase and consumption behavior in a business-to-business (B2B) context ensuring that we are offering customers an entire solution.
-Effectively manage credit activities and credit limits granted to customers in line with NAPCO s Sales & Credit Policy.
-Understand, capture, and communicate industry trends, current market dynamics, competitor activities, environmental forces, and changes in customer needs and requirements in how they relate to NAPCO s sales operations.
-Coordinate and implement the marketing plan developed by the Marketing function, as well as coordinating with relevant NAPCO service units and marketers for prospecting and CRM reports, marketing service support, and market intelligence. Manage, regulate and reconcile monthly promotional spending according to predefined budget activity and plan.
-Apply different methods, practices, and operations used to promote and sustain NAPCO s B2C commercial activities.
-Plan a negotiation strategy and apply effective negotiation techniques within ethical standards in order to safeguard both company and internal/external supplier and customer interests.
-Knowledge of all information, including positioning, pertaining to the sales product in question. Explain all features and answer any inquiry related to our products and those of the competition, in order to reinforce the image or identity in the minds of NAPCO s target market.
-Read, analyze, and apply sales financial results (contribution analysis, sales expenses, sales overheads, etc.) pertaining to NAPCO s sales operations.
-Design, implement, and manage internal performance management tools (SIPs, KPIs, etc.) in order to boost sales, decrease expenses, secure legitimate market share, maximize margins, capture new clients, re-capture lost clients build/maintain client loyalty, and maintain sustainable sales ratios.
-Prospect, forecast, maintain customer requirements (stated and implied needs), secure payment, reconcile accounts, recapture lost customers, prepare and close deals and contracts, balance collection and deliveries, handle customer complaints, and work on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
-Identify and segment markets into territories, sectors, products, and/or customers based on sales strategy.
-Apply a wide range of sales, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation techniques and skills to influence prospective buyers into closing a purchase order. Keep long-term business association leveraging from interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of customs duties, country regulations, INCOTERMS, payment modalities and guarantees, insurances, and international shipping and trade agreements of relevance to NAPCO s sales operations.
-Ensure value is created and delivered to customer and work on continuous improvement environment to enhance customer satisfaction. Make the competition irrelevant through identifying the Product Plus strategy (value creation) through leveraging technical capability.(Blue Ocean Strategy)
