Position: Accounts Executive

Qualification: CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Location: Angola (Central Africa)

Industry preferred: FMCG/ Beverages/ Food

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to manage and oversee the financial transactions, reporting, and analysis for our food and beverage business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting, timely reporting, and support for business operations and decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Process and monitor invoices, payments, and collections for food and beverage clients or suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in inventory accounting, ensuring correct costing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
