Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for developing business through partner restaurants by building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage existing accounts, optimize restaurant content, handle menu updates, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management initiatives.

What's On Your Plate?

  • Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities and drive increased revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Maintain continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants through regular communication and proactive support to resolve operational issues
  • Manage restaurant content, including menus, delivery times, and method of access (MOA) to ensure optimal performance
  • Renegotiate commission rates and develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts with improved offers
  • Generate revenue through advertisement sales, brand promotions, coupons, and vouchers; acquire and maintain restaurant menu photography and Talabat branding materials
  • Encourage restaurant adoption of digital features, including track order functionality, white-label solutions, online payment gateways, and other digitalization initiatives
  • Monitor restaurant status on the Talabat platform and coordinate with restaurants to resolve issues affecting live status or delivery operations
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular CRM updates via Salesforce, including contact reports, activity reports, sales reports, and account analysis
  • Attend sales and marketing team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and performance updates

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field
  • 2-3 years of experience within Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Excel Skills
