Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in the Floristry, Events, Hospitality, or F&B industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate, retail, and event-based sales activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, retail, wedding, and event sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, hotels, restaurants, and corporate customers.

  • Promote floral arrangements, event decoration services, gifting solutions, and hospitality/F&B offerings.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations to close deals successfully.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts based on customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and update CRM/sales reports regularly.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

  • Ensure excellent after-sales support and long-term customer relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

  2. Minimum 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in Floristry, Events, Hospitality, F&B, or related industries.

  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue growth.

  5. Knowledge of corporate sales, event sales, or hospitality sales processes.

  6. UAE market knowledge and existing client network will be an advantage.

  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  8. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
