Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify potential prospects & initiate communication & engagement with them through on site visit & remote exchange.

Client Engagement: Engage with existing & potential clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges. Present and demonstrate how the company s solutions can address those challenges and provide value; and Follow-up existing customers, secure renewal ordering & sales portfolio enlargement.

Technico-commercial Expertise: Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company s Intelligent Automation and Advanced Analytics solutions, including software and hardware components ; this includes data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, RPA technologies.

Solution Customization: Work closely with clients to customize and tailor the company s solutions to fit the specific requirements of their business processes and data environments.

Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the sales & presales team to create detailed commercial & technical proposals and presentations for clients. These proposals should highlight the benefits and ROI of the company s solutions.

Proof of Concept (PoC): Assist in designing and conducting proof of concept demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and feasibility of the company s solutions.

Technico-commercial Support: Provide technico-commercial support to clients during the sales process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and facilitating technico-commercial discussions.

Product Feedback: Act as a liaison between clients and the company s product development teams, providing feedback and insights to help improve the products and services.

Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and be able to position the company s offerings effectively against competitors.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to help position the company s solutions effectively.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, case studies, and success stories to showcase the company s capabilities and track record.

Familiarize yourself with Cisco, BMB or any other vendor s anticorruption and anti-bribery policy and ensure abiding to it (where applicable).

Internal and External Relations

Internal: Sales, Presales, Delivery.

External: Customers, Vendors.
