Areas of responsibilities:

• Cash flow management including payment allocations to various projects / spreads / creditors.
• Opening Letter of Credit and managing the bank facility limits.
• Responsibility for payment processing.
• Meeting / Compliance with documentary and information requirements of Banks for facilities availed.
• Effective management of working capital and calculate interest / charges and repayment schedule of LC.
• Finalize / Supervise Billing with Planning Team & ensure timely submission of bills to clients
• Follow up with clients and Project Team for collection.
• Tracking and Custodian of BGs issued in favor of KPIL.
• BG issuance and tracking of BGs issued by KPIL including renewals and collection / submission of expired BGs.
• Supervision and control over petty cash payments / balances.
• Management of Vendor / Sub-contractor (wherever required), with support from Payables Team e.g. Vendors Reconciliations and like.
• Debtors management through unbilled and aging analysis reports & tracking of invoices.
• Enforce and implement IKTVA audit requirements.
• Any other work as required relating to Receivables Management and Banking facilities.
