Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a strategic Account Manager at WonderEight, you will play a pivotal role in leading/ co-leading one of the Agency’s multi-functional cells. Your primary focus is to strategically drive your clients’ business, equally by leading on ongoing initiatives and by identifying future/ untapped opportunities. To achieve this, you will be collaborating with a diversified, multi-skilled team to plan, ideate, execute, and monitor effective marketing and advertising campaigns. In doing so, you will be asked (i) to gain and share deep and flawless knowledge about the businesses you are operating, (ii) to believe in the potential of the brands you are managing, more than anyone else, and (iii) to act as a seamless extension of your clients’ marketing ecosystem.
Your Role is to…
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Understand clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, target audience and develop tailored strategies and campaigns.
Handle client feedback and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to develop integrated marketing and advertising plans.
Manage cell team members on a daily basis, assign / schedule needed tasks and conduct the related follow up. Responsible for the cell team members performance appraisals and upskilling.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimization strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
Ensure that all client reports are being generated as scheduled in a timely manner (weekly, monthly, social, campaign reports, etc.)
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Qualifications
A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising or equivalent.
Experienced with 4+ years of increasing levels of responsibility in digital marketing / client servicing.
Of strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, with experience in branding, digital marketing, social media, and/or traditional advertising.
Of proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients and internal teams.
Strong in project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and of proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Must be residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
