Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Social media planning
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly deliverables internally and externally
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Social media captioning and copywriting support
  • Client reporting; weekly and monthly
  • Liaise between the client and internal resource teams
  • Plan and execute social media coverage activations
  • Creative campaign and activation planning (social media)
  • Manage creative brainstorm sessions internally and with the client
  • Work closely with the production team to execute client briefs

Desired Candidate Profile

As an account manager, you should have extensive social media (agency side) experience in marketing with a customer service approach.

The candidate should have strong strategic capabilities, particularly with developing and implementing social strategy and planning for clients. Abu Dhabi government client experience is a strong plus.
