Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
- Social media planning
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly deliverables internally and externally
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Social media captioning and copywriting support
- Client reporting; weekly and monthly
- Liaise between the client and internal resource teams
- Plan and execute social media coverage activations
- Creative campaign and activation planning (social media)
- Manage creative brainstorm sessions internally and with the client
- Work closely with the production team to execute client briefs

Desired Candidate Profile
As an account manager, you should have extensive social media (agency side) experience in marketing with a customer service approach.
The candidate should have strong strategic capabilities, particularly with developing and implementing social strategy and planning for clients. Abu Dhabi government client experience is a strong plus.
