Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records related to purchases, sales, expenses, and inventory transactions
Record daily accounting entries and ensure proper documentation of all store-related transactions
Assist in preparing basic financial reports such as profit & loss statements and stock summaries
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data
Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in resolving discrepancies Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice verification
Support month-end closing activities and assist senior management with financial data as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in accounting, storekeeping, or inventory-related roles (freshers with strong basics may be considered)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar systems
Good numerical, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage both accounting and store operations efficiently
Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn
