Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
Daily entry of accounting records into internal systems
Regular updates of supplier databases and accounting information
Classification, archiving and management of accounting documents
Communication with other departments and email management
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive documents and information relating to the company and its partners
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile:
Diploma in accounting/finance
First experience in an accounting firm or significant internship in a professional environment
Knowledge of current accounting and tax standards
My proficiency with office software, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP is an asset
French level B2
Rigour, organisation and attention to detail
Good stress management and respect for deadlines
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
Sense of confidentiality and professional integrity
